The room was really nice and tidy, complete with a big rain shower in the bathroom 🚿. They served a tasty breakfast at 10:10, and the staff were super friendly. Plus, the hotel is situated right in the heart of things, near the old town area.

The price campaign of 69€ per night was probably one of the best value for money experiance I've ever had when it comes to hotel rates!

We ate in the good restaurant with great meals which was fairly priced. The bathroom was luxury and it had a shower, a hair dryer, and a spa bathtub for our convenience. The location was marvellous, at a walking distance from a town square.

The hotel's room was fine... there was a computer in the bedroom linked up to the internet which was very convenient. The desk was located under the roof eaves which meant that I had to stay bent after getting up off the chair. The bathroom was really small and the shower was in the bathtub which I found a little difficult to get in and out of. The room and bathroom could use more shelving. The restaurant is excellent - we ate there quite a bit due to inclement weather and each of the 3 meals we had there were really good with efficient and friendly waitresses.
I didn't like the fact that you had to lug all your luggage up front steps to get enter the hotel. There was no ramp for suitcases. The elevator system was annoying -- you had to use your room key in order to activate the elevator, but it often didn't work and took a few times of putting the key in and out of the slot before the elevator moved.

The proximity to Tallin old town, the variety for breakfast the availability of free internet how peaceful it was and the standard of service was quite good. Staff were very efficient but could have been a little friendlier.
The room was quite small for a superior room. There was no bath and the shower had no cubicle. This meant the floor was wet for a long time after making it difficlult to apply makeup dry hair etc. Would have preferred some of the breakfast option to be warm (french toast)

Booked a room with a comfy bed in a great location, perfect for exploring an original Danish castle on foot.

Great breakfast. Good room (zen deluxe), great bed. Useful i-net terminal in the room (for those who do not use mobile i-net)
Some problem with bath sink drain (quickly fixed)

A special and peaceful hotel, my first choice in Tallinn. Units with a comfy bed. - Marvellous location in the ferry bound for Helsinki, easy to get around. - Based near to the Old Town, rail station and major shopping centre as well as restaurants.

The comforts of our neat queen room with a wonderful view of a beautiful Christmas tree outside our window were fabulous. the location was great, and we could reach Niguliste Museum by walking.

Reception area and exterior is quite pleasant
1. The photo of the Zen room on the net was a complete misrepresentation. In fact the room is incredibly basic, and tiny. The furnishings are cheap. The "double bed" is in fact two single beds that separate. 2. on complaining to the receptionist her was response was to shrug her shoulders. I wish I had not paid up front. 3. Breakfast was very basic, old hardened scrambled eggs, no staff in sight, the rest of the food tastless. Furbishings better placed in a cheap social services hall

The hotel is very close to old town-which is great for going out for dinner and/or drinks. The staff were friendly and the room was comfortable and very clean.
The shower was a bit ridiculous. You can't help but get the floor soaking wet.
Tourists from South Africa often stay at these properties. Ideas for your future trips.
